1. About SG A-Level

SG A-Level is an educational practice and learning platform for Singapore A-Level subjects. These Terms govern your use of the website, application, practice materials, courses, and related services.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account and must promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. The platform is intended for students, educators, and other legitimate learners. If you are under the age required to enter a contract in your jurisdiction, use the service with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the service for personal, non-commercial learning unless we have expressly authorized another use. You must not scrape or bulk-download content, share accounts, circumvent access controls, abuse grading or AI features, send unsolicited messages, interfere with the service, or use the platform unlawfully.

4. Educational content and AI features

Practice questions, explanations, course materials, scoring, and AI-generated outputs are provided for learning support. They may contain errors or omissions and should be checked against authoritative materials and teacher guidance. SG A-Level is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official provider for SEAB or the Singapore Ministry of Education.

5. Intellectual property

SG A-Level and its licensors retain rights in the platform, original materials, software, branding, and design. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to access materials through the service. Do not reproduce, redistribute, sell, or publicly publish substantial portions of the content without permission.

6. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, including during the beta period. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available or error-free. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version; continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, create security or legal risk, or abuse the service. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and dispute handling continue after termination where applicable.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We are not responsible for decisions made solely from platform content, examination outcomes, or interruptions caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
